I Have It. What About You?

I Have It What About You

Thats aptly, I went to the doctor and the test came back clear. I have EDS which stands for Easily Distracted Syndrome. The symptoms are very simple. I get distracted by any and all. I go from one business to a additional in a theme of seconds which foliage responsibilities not concluded.

My brain is permanently inane, working hard. It is hard for me to keep a apparent mindlacking a types of view and dreams popping up in my head. Most of the material that goes on is good. Its just a theme of being paid on hold on persons view and tackling them in some diplomacy.

Heres what the doctor told me to do to soubriquet the situations.

1. Plan your day hour by hour. Make a plan of all you need to do and stab to that plan. Make sure you exact certain task at the scheduled time. If you stab to this, it keeps you from straying and responsibility a in tears that you shouldnt be responsibility at that point time.

2. Be point. When you make your plan, be point in this area your task. If your need to work on a marketing campaign, enter out that particular campaign and all of the equipment you need to do. Dont just put work on marketing. That may maybe mean anything and as long as you are responsibility a in tears marketing correlated, you will feel youre being paid a in tears done when in actuality, you may maybe have 20 different projects ongoing and none concluded.

3. Chunk it up. Dont try to do too much at one time. Break down big responsibilities into smaller, manageable task so you get a feel of achievement. When this is done, you are more motivated to stab with a task in diplomacy to get that rush of completing responsibilities.

4. Mix it up. Since you know your brain is tender fast and view are constantly inane in and out, put a diversity of equipment on your to do list so you wont get board. If you have some diversity, it will keep your brain stimulated and with a bit of luck you will not wander off to do additional equipment.

5. Eliminate distractions. You know its hard to stay all ears so the less the distractions the best. An develop would be Facebook. If you are working on the notebook and you know you have to exact a sales page, dont open up your Facebook tab since you know you will get on it and 2 hours before long, you would have atrophied time before a live audience around when you must have been working.

If these tips dont help you with EDS, I dont know what will. It is a conundrum that many people face but if you work hard at it, you can overcome it. (smiles)

To YOUR Accomplishment,

Rodney
