Charisma is all about transmitting your hidden energy or charm to people you are in contact including through body language. If you transfer fear,anxiety and stress, people will be repelled. If you bring calm and calm, people will be attracted to your peace and composure, and they will desire to be more be fond of you.
It is about having a persuasive vision, communicating it including conviction, appealing to people"s value, paying attention to people as those, challenging people academically, and communicating high expectations and routine.
It the determining factor behind why two people who be inflicted including the same job including similar culture, information, intelligence, ambition, experience, and competence achieve levels of success perfectly different.
